By accessing, registering for, or using Attest.live (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform.
Attest.live provides software tools for document review, analysis mapping, and cryptographic attestation. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. The Platform is a neutral technology provider and does not endorse, verify the accuracy of, or assume liability for any documents, analyses, or attestations uploaded or submitted by users.
CRITICAL NOTICE: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that any attestation submitted through this Platform is permanently and irrevocably recorded on the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) and/or public blockchain networks. Due to the decentralized nature of Web3 technology, records cannot be altered, edited, deleted, or removed by you, Attest.live, or any third party once submitted. You assume full responsibility for any data you choose to publish.
By submitting an attestation, you formally declare that the information you provide, the selections you make, and the identity you verify are true and correct to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to upload malicious software, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or use the Platform for unlawful harassment or fraud.
Attest.live utilizes third-party providers (including LinkedIn and Didit) for identity and liveness verification. We utilize a zero-knowledge architecture where possible, meaning we store cryptographic hashes rather than raw biometric data. You consent to the processing of your verification data by these third-party providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attest.live and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Attest.live from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from documents you upload or attestations you submit.
